Based right here in Chicago, with your permission, our team can remotely access your machine to troubleshoot, resolve, and document many of the problems you encounter in the normal course of business. If they are unable to resolve the issue, no need to worry, our local field technicians can be dispatched to your location to get you back to work FAST. Our average response time is 4 business hours and we have SLAs to help ensure you get the service you need in the time that you require.
All of our Managed Services clients get access to our help desk, with a designated team who is fully aware of your systems, configurations, and expectations. We also offer White-Label Help Desk services to help augment your current IT staff. We can coordinate our efforts with yours to make sure your users have a consistent and reliable experience.

Available 24/7 Support
Our US-based help desk technicians are available from 7am – 7pm, M-F to assist. If you need support after-hours, we can also arrange extended support options for an additional charge. Solutions include pager-response, or live 24/7 Support, as your needs and budget may dictate.

Our call center is based right here in Chicago! This allows us to provide clear, concise feedback and support to your staff members. Our techs are highly trained and certified in myriad technologies and solutions, so many problems can be solved with one phone call.
White-Label Help Desk
Our technicians and skillsets, paired with your brand and company identity. We will help you develop a script, language, and expectations that match your organizational needs. The White-Label Help Desk includes a dedicated 800-number or we can integrate with your existing tools.
On-Site Support (Option)
Sometimes we just need to get hands-on. For Remote Help Desk customers, you have the option of adding an On-Site Support package! Our field technicians are trained in desktop, printing, network and mobile device troubleshooting.
